La Grange à Foin (The Hay Barn) is a 4/5 bed eco-gite which offers family friendly holidays in an ecological gite located on our smallholding in the beautiful Calvados countryside.
The gite, a restored hay barn has been created using reclaimed, reused and eco-friendly materials & furnishings and is insulated to a very high level, also making it a perfect winter retreat.
Our aim is to be family friendly with a large outdoor play area, a play barn, a boules pitch and the chance to help out with the animals on our smallholding.
We are well situated for enjoying the many leisure activities of Calvados. A footpath leads straight from the back gate, there are stables nearby and we are 15mins from Suisse Normandie with its water and outdoor activities. Caen and Bayeux are just an hour away as are the Normandy landing beaches.
But most important, we want to provide somewhere for you and your family to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
