Swiss Normandy Car Rally Offer

Stay for Free on June 24th 2023

One of the main selling points of holidays at Eco-Gites of Lénault is the peace and quiet here. We are away from other houses and roads so often the only sounds you can hear are the birds singing.

Well, except on June 24th 2023. On that day the quiet is shattered as the 37th Rallye National Suisse Normande takes place. This large car rally attracts competitors from all over France to race on 2 road routes around the Swiss Normandy countryside ... and one route comes down our road. That means that from midday to midnight we cannot get into or leave the gite other than during a 1 hour break part way through.

This does make welcoming guests challenging both for them getting here and for them enjoying a peaceful first night.

For that reason we are offering June 24th as a FREE night for anyone who wants to stay so long as their full stay is for a minimum of 3 nights. If you are arriving on June 24th you will either need to wait in Lénault until the route is opened for the 2 breaks (times available on race day) or arrive here before 11am. We have guests leaving on that day please be aware that we may still be cleaning ready for your early arrival.
