The Gite
La Grange à Foin is a converted hay barn which sleeps up to 5 plus a cot. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen with steps down to an open-plan sitting/dining room. Upstairs are double and twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The third level is a mezzanine with single bed. A travel cot is available if needed.
Outside is a private garden area with picnic table and BBQ. Close-by is an outdoor area where you and your family can really relax and play. There is a hard-standing/boules pitch, a trampoline, a wooden activity centre with swings and 2 play towers and a separate undercover play area for younger children.
On our smallholding we have many animals including chickens, ducks, turkeys, sheep and pigs. Depending on the time of year you may be here for lambs, piglets or ducklings. Almost every day there will be eggs you can collect.
For your arrival we provide a welcome pack, including a bottle of organic cider and some essentials to get you through the first day. You will be able to buy fresh produce from us including vegetables, eggs and home-made jams, preserves and cakes.
If you want a night free from cooking during your stay we offer Home Made Dinners (24 hours noticed required) at a reasonable rate. Also we will be happy to prepare a BBQ pack for you - all you do is cook the meat to your liking and enjoy.
